Silithus is finally worth doing now that most of the old elite mobs are no longer elite and haven't been for a while, but I can't remember when. Most of the zone is borked to hell now that the Gates are always open believe me, seeing them closed was creepy enough , but you can still do the basics- hunt Brann Bronzebeard, gather silithid brains, kill the other faction over Silithist, kill the head of the Cenarian post's ex-wife, and all that.
