When you find them all, you earn a game on your Spy Phone. Take the goggles once you get them , go to the Snow Forts. Use Flare, the black Elite Puffle to melt the snow. Then play the mini-game and collect the token. After going under the Gift Shop and before you go to the Boiler Room to catch Herbert, use Chirp, the yellow Elite Puffle on the machine to get the tile.
If you go to the mine shack, to the right there will be an Anvil. Use Pop, the purple Elite Puffle to lift it and grab the token. After you set up the table for the Gift Shop clerk, talk to him. He will ask you to fix the safe. Use Flare, the black Elite Puffle to weld it, then use the wrench to open it. Then grab the token, inside the safe.
