Swai fish has white meat with dense flesh that appears to be thickly woven. That is why it is so easy to enrich with tremendous flavours. The fish is originally from the Asian river known as Mekong. However, it is artificially produced in the Vietnamese farms, from where it is exported for the food industry.

It is inspired by a real fish species called Royal blue tang. In the movie the fish Dory was portrayed as a very dark blue fish with black stripes and a yellow tail. However they forget to tell few things about Dory in the movie. Real blue tang is not always blue. They can be red and yellow as well.

In addition, the royal blue tang appears to be pale or white at night. The pigments present in its skin reflect light and therefore it appears to be pale or white.

Marine biologists are amazed to see this amazing behaviour. According to the studies, this phenomenon happens because the nervous system of the Royal blue tang gets really slow and becomes almost inactive at night. If you have just watched Finding Nemo and you are wondering what these fishes are.

Are these real fishes? As depicted in the movie Clown Fishes actually live in anemones too. They share a symbiotic relationship with the Anemones. As Anemones are famous for their sting, the Clownfish gets protection from the predator fishes as a result of these stungy anemones. As a symbiotic relationship is the one in which both of the partners get benefits.
